David Kosoy

DAVID KOSOY is co-Chairman and co-Chief Executive Officer of Sterling
Centrecorp Inc. With over 35 years of investment and development
experience throughout North America and the United Kingdom, Mr. Kosoy is
a well known and well respected figure in the North American real estate
community. Following 15 highly successful years as a founding Principal
of a Toronto-based and privately held real estate development and
investment company, Mr. Kosoy directed his attention to the US where, in
1987, he founded the Sterling Realty Group of Companies. Sterling Realty
Group became widely regarded as one of the preeminent shopping center
investment and re-development companies in each of its selected US
markets. Under Mr. Kosoy’s leadership, Sterling Realty Group developed
an impressive record of generating significant returns on behalf of
institutional and high net worth investment partners. Mr. Kosoy is a
graduate of the University of Akron, Ohio, and Osgoode Hall Law School
in Toronto.
