David J. Horgan

DAVID J. HORGAN has been the Managing Director of Pan Andean Resources
Plc since 1993. He has also been the Managing Director of Petrel
Resources Plc since 1997, and was the Managing Director of International
Bloodstock Finance Ltd, which is part of the Goffs Group controlled by
Aga Khan from 1989 to 1993. Previously, he was Financial Director of
Kenmare Resources Plc, a minerals exploration and mining company. He
was a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group, the Bolivian Energy
Ministry and the Bank of Ireland. Mr Horgan attended the Harvard
Business School, is President of the Harvard Business School Association
of Ireland, and holds a first class honours Master’s degree in Law from
Cambridge University, Christ’s College. His interests are information
technology, investing and general fitness.
