David J. Foster

DAVID J. FOSTER is Chief Executive Officer and Director of Cohesion
Technologies, Inc. Mr. Foster has served as Chief Executive Officer of
the company since January, 1998. From February, 1997 to December, 1998
he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Collagen
Technologies Group, a subsidiary of Collagen Corporation. From May,
1992 until February, 1997 Mr. Foster served as Chief Financial Officer
of Collagen. Mr. Foster serves on the Board of Directors of Pharming
Group, N.V. (a world leader in the development and production of human
health care products from animal milk), Innovasive Devices, Inc. (a
public, medical device company in sports medicine and arthroscopic
surgery), and NeuColl, Inc. (a new private company commercializing
collagen-based products for orthopedics). Mr. Foster has a B.S. in
Mechanical Engineering and an M.B.A. from the University of California
at Berkeley.
