David D. Hoguet

DAVID D. HOGUET has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive
Officer of the Company since April 1990. From 1986 to 1990, he served as
President of Globe Business Resources, Inc. and its predecessor
businesses. He has been a director since 1988. Prior to joining Globe,
Mr. Hoguet was Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and a Director of
Chemed Corporation. Mr. Hoguet is currently a Director of the
International Furniture Rental Association, serving a two-year term from
May 1997 through May 1999. He served as the Association’s Chairman from
May 1993 to March 1994 and as its President from March 1991 to May 1993.
Mr. Hoguet is a founder of the Company.
