David Cook

David Cook, Finance Director, C.H.E. Group PLC, was appointed to the Board of C.H.E. on 6 August 2001. Prior to that he was Group Finance Director of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc where he was at the forefront of the financial side of the Group through its flotation in April 1996 and its significant acquisition and fund raising exercises until his experience in the hotel industry during which he has held a number of senior finance positions. He is also Chairman of the British Association of Hospitality Accountants. Age 56
