David Conn

DAVID CONN is the Executive Officer of Medisys PLC. Mr. Conn was
appointed to the Board as COO in November 2002. In the three years prior
to this appointment, he was President of Hypoguard, the company’s
diabetes monitoring business. During this time, Mr. Conn played a
central role in the development of Hypoguard, which included the
acquisition and integration of the MEDgenesis diabetes business, the
achievement of increased market share in the core long-term care sector
and the successful launch of the QuickTek and Advanced glucose
monitoring systems. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Conn held senior
management positions with a variety of international healthcare
businesses including Johnson & Johnson Lifescan, Schering-Plough Health
Care and Procter & Gamble.
