David Bearman

DAVID BEARMAN has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Hughes Supply, Inc., since March 2003. Previously Mr. Bearman
served as Chief Financial Officer for NCR Corporation from 1998 until
2001. From 1989 until 1998, Mr. Bearman served as Chief Financial
Officer of Cardinal Health where he led the finance organization during
Cardinal’s growth from $700 million in sales to $20 billion. Prior to
that, Mr. Bearman spent 20 years at General Electric where he served as
Chief Financial Officer for four different GE businesses.
