David B. Amy

DAVID B. AMY has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of Sinclair Broadcasting Group, Inc., since March 2001. Prior to
that, he served as Executive Vice President from September 1999 and as
Vice President and CFO from September 1998 to September 1999. Prior to
that, he served as CFO from 1994. In addition, he serves as Secretary of
STG, the Sinclair subsidiary that owns and operates the broadcasting
operations. Mr. Amy has over 20 years of broadcast experience, having
joined Sinclair as a Business Manager for WCWB-TV in Pittsburgh. Mr. Amy
received his MBA degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1981. He is
currently a member of the Board of Directors of Acrodyne Communications,
Inc., G1440, Inc., and KDSM, LLC, and an Advisor to Allegiance Capital,
L.P.
