David A. Seton

DAVID A. SETON is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Olympus Pacific
Minerals Inc. Mr. Seton’s experience in the mining industry spans 25 years and
includes 18 years establishing a presence in Vietnam, including experience in
the Vietnamese investment industry. In 1996 he acquired Olympus Pacific Minerals
Inc., an inactive company, and in 1997 purchased the Bong Mieu Gold property in
central Vietnam from Indochina Goldfields.
