David A. Robinson

DAVID A. ROBINSON is the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman
of the Board of the Company. He has been a director and officer of the
Company since November 1993. He holds a Masters degree in Business
Administration and a Masters degree in Management Science from the
University of Southern California.
