David A. Feste

DAVID A. FESTE has been Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and
Secretary of Cima Labs, Inc., since March 2000. From 1995 to 1999, Mr.
Feste was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Orphan Medical,
Inc., a pharmaceutical company. From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Feste was self-
employed as a financial consultant. From 1985 to 1991, Mr. Feste was
with Tonka Corporation, most recently as its Corporate Vice President of
Financial Services and Audit.
