Danny Biran

DANNY BIRAN has been President and Chief Executive Officer and a
member of the Board of Directors of Silverback Systems, Inc.,
since February 2001. Prior to joining Silverback Systems he was
with LSI Logic, where he most recently was Vice President and
General Manager of the Wireless Division, and before that VP of
Strategic Marketing. Before LSI Logic, he held a variety of
engineering, marketing and management roles at National
Semiconductor. Mr. Biran has a BSEE and an MBA from Tel Aviv
University.
