Daniel Neal

DANIEL NEAL, President and CEO of VCampus Corporation, is responsible
for overall business strategy for the company. Mr. Neal previously was
Vice President of Applications Hosting at USinternetworking, Inc., a
leading Applications Service Provider. Mr. Neal brings to VCampus
significant operating experience in the applications hosting business,
and has successfully executed significant revenue-generating plans under
the ASP business model. Prior to his work at USinternetworking, Mr. Neal
held executive positions at Global One Communications, LLC and the U.S.
General Services Administration. Mr. Neal holds an MBA from the Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s Degree in
Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
