Daniel Meron is an experienced professional with extensive industry understanding and knowledge, backed by a 15-year track record in research, primarily in technology analysis. Mr. Meron is highly ranked, well respected and widely known as the go-to analyst in emerging technologies in communications, software and security mainly originating in Israel. He is often quoted in the press, including The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, Reuters, Bloomberg, BusinessWeek and others. Since joining RBC in 2004, Mr. Meron established the firm’s franchise in the space and gained solid recognition from investors and company management. Prior to RBC, he held investment research positions with Piper Jaffray and its partner, Excellence Nessuah Zannex, and at IBI, a leading Israeli investment bank. Earlier in his career, Mr. Meron was a technology Analyst, providing strategic consulting with HK Catalyst. During his military service, he served as a Research Economist in an elite unit of the Israel Defense Forces, following posts in the artillery corps and combat engineering unit. Mr. Meron graduated from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1994 with a dual B.A. in economics and business administration, graduating in the top 15% of his class and included in the 1994 Dean’s List for academic excellence.
