Daniel Lamarre

DANIEL LAMARRE, APR, is President and Chief Executive Officer of TVA
Group Inc. Mr. Lamarre is responsible for all of the operations of TVA
Group and its subsidiaries. He is also a member of the Company’s Board
of Directors. In addition to the day-to-day management of the company,
Mr. Lamarre oversees strategic planning and development. He is also a
member of Videotron’s Management Committee. Prior to his appointment,
Mr. Lamarre was President and Senior Partner of NATIONAL Public
Relations, where over a 12-year period he made a major contribution to
transforming it into Canada’s largest communications firm, with offices
in all of the country’s main centers. His clients included some of
Canada’s largest corporations, among them Molson O’Keefe Brewery,
McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada, DANONE, Bell and many others.
Described by Marketing magazine as one of the most influential players
in Canada’s communications industry, Mr. Lamarre has built his
reputation on 20 years of experience in the fields of advertising,
public relations and television broadcasting. Daniel Lamarre is also
very involved in his community, sitting on the boards of many cultural,
sports and social organizations.
