Daniel Keane

DANIEL KEANE, appointed Chief Executive Officer of MOD-PAC CORP. in 2003, has
held the position of President of the company since 1998. From 1993 to 1998, he
served in various management capacities at MOD-PAC. From 1987 to 1990, he held
various management positions at Bankers Trust. Mr. Keane has an MBA from Duke
University and a BA in Economics modified with Mathematics from Dartmouth
College.
