Daniel J. Heneghan

DANIEL J. HENEGHAN is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Intersil Corporation. Mr. Heneghan has over 10 years of industry
experience, including general management and controller assignments. He
was instrumental in the launch of Intersil as a private company in
August 1999, and its subsequent initial public offering in February
2000. Prior to his work in the semiconductor industry, Mr. Heneghan was
employed by the Communications Sector of Harris Corporation. He earned a
Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Quincy University and an
MBA from St. Louis University.
