Daniel G. Lysik, CFA is the Founder and Managing Director of Pratt Capital LLC. He recently served as a Managing Director, Head of the Fundamental Equity Team at PNC Capital Advisors (formerly Mercantile Capital Advisors). He was the Portfolio Manager of the Fundamental Large-Cap Value and Large Cap Core Strategy (serving Institutional and High Net Worth clients). Prior to joining Mercantile Capital Advisors, Daniel was a Partner at Brown Investment Advisory, serving as a Large Cap Value Portfolio Manager and Senior Analyst of the Large Cap Equity Team. Daniel earned a B.S. from Rutgers College and a MBA from Columbia Business School. Daniel received his CFA designation in 1998 and is a member of the Baltimore Security Analysts Society.
