DANIEL G. KEANE is President and Chief Executive Officer of MOD-PAC
Corp. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer in 2002, and has held the
position of President of MOD-PAC Corp. since 1998. From 1993-1998 he
served in various management capacities at MOD-PAC Corp. Mr. Keane was
also employed at Bankers Trust Company from 1987 to 1990 where he held
various management positions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Economics modified with Mathematics from Dartmouth College and an MBA
from Duke University.
