Daniel G. Holman

DANIEL G. HOLMAN is Chairman, President & CEO of Uroplasty, Inc. Prior
to joining the company Mr. Holman was Chairman & CEO at Bio-Vascular,
Inc. He was educated at the University of Minnesota-St. Cloud, receiving
a BA in Biology in 1968. Mr. Holman’s honors and awards include
University of Minnesota – St. Cloud Vice President, National Academy of
Science, 1965; American Legion Certificate of Commendation, 1975;
Institute de Intellegencia, Athens, Greece, Award for Service to the
People of Greece, 1977 and State of Minnesota Governor’s Award for
Business Achievement, 1989. His current associations and affiliations
include: American Association of Medical Manufacturers; American
Association for the Advancement of Science and New York Academy of
