DAN MCGURL co-founded Bottomline Technologies in 1989 and has served as
Chairman of the Board of Directors, President and Chief Executive
Officer of Bottomline since May 1989. From 1987 to 1989, Mr. McGurl
served as Senior Vice President of State Street Bank and Trust Company.
From 1978 to 1987, Mr. McGurl held a variety of positions at IBM
Corporation, including Director of Marketing and Planning and Director
of Far East Operations. Mr. McGurl is a graduate of the United States
Naval Academy.
