Dan Federman

DAN FEDERMAN is President and CEO of Kadiri Inc. Mr. Federman is
responsible for leading Kadiri, establishing strategic direction and
guiding managers and staff in achieving it. He has twenty-five years’
experience with large and small application software and information
industry companies. At all his companies, Dan has focused on adopting
new technologies that help to grow businesses. Prior to joining Kadiri,
Dan was CEO of Premenos Technology, COO of Trinet, Inc. and CEO of the
Software Division of Information Science. He has also held senior
management positions at NBC, McGraw Hill and Reliance Group. At both
Premenos and Information Science, Dan played an integral role in those
companies’ highly successful IPO’s. Dan received a law degree from Yale
University and an undergraduate degree from Harvard University.
