Damon P. Navarro

Damon P. Navarro is Chairman of the Board of Trustees, President and
Chief Executive Officer of Grove Property Trust. Mr. Navarro co-founded
the Company’s predecessor in 1980 and is responsible for new business
development and strategic planning. Mr. Navarro is a graduate of the
University of Rhode Island with a degree in Finance.
