Dale R. Black

DALE R. BLACK has been Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
of Argosy Gaming Company since April 1998. Mr. Black graduated from
Southern Illinois University in 1984 and was with Arthur Andersen from
1984 to 1991. He then served as Corporate Controller for a national
manufacturing company from July 1991 until April 1993. From April 1993
to March 1998, Mr. Black served as Vice President and Corporate
Controller of Argosy.
