D. Westervelt Davis

D. WESTERVELT DAVIS became President and CEO of MicroTouch in April 1996
and has served on the Board of Directors for the company since 1991. He
brings to MicroTouch more than 25 years of business experience including
12 years of general management in the high technology industry. Mr.
Davis joined MicroTouch from Laserton of Burlington, Ma., a manufacturer
of semiconductor components for fiber optic communications and a
subsidiary of Oak Industries. Previous experience includes president and
CEO of Autographix, president of General Scanning, and a partner at
Braxton Associates. He earned his M.B.A. for Harvard Graduate School
Business Administration and a B.S. in Engineering from Princeton
University.
