Cornelius B. Prior

CORNELIUS B. PRIOR, JR., has been Chief Executive Officer and Chairman
of the Board of Atlantic Tele-Network, Inc., since December 30, 1997. He
was a co-Founder of ATN and was Co-Chief Executive Officer of ATN from
June 1987 to December 1997. From 1980 until June 1987, Mr. Prior was a
Managing Director and a stockholder of Kidder, Peabody & Co. Inc., where
he directed the Telecommunications Finance Group. Mr. Prior is a
graduate of the College of the Holy Cross and Harvard Law School. He was
a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Sao Paulo Law School and is
currently on the Board of Trustees of Holy Cross and the Visiting
Committee to Harvard Law School of Harvard University’s Board of
Overseers.
