Colin L. M. MacNab

COLIN L.M. MACNAB is the President and CEO, MorphICs Technology, Inc. He
has more than 17 years of experience in semiconductor and systems
markets related to the wireless communications industry. Prior to the
founding of Morphics, Mr. Macnab was Founder and CEO of BMA
Communications, Inc., a strategic services group that focused
exclusively on wireless communications. He developed specifications for
CDMA systems and WAP standards, and strategies for Bluetooth, SiGe RF
products, and wireless technology acquisitions for a list of clients
that included National Semiconductor, IBM Microelectronics, Philips,
Fujitsu, Omnipoint and the GSM NA Alliance. Previously he served as the
Marketing Manager for the wireless division of Xircom and Program
Manager for wireless LANs at GEC Plessey Semiconductor, where his
multinational team developed the first 2.4GHz 802.11 wireless LAN
chipset. He has also held positions in European product marketing at
Linear Technology and marketing and sales for major accounts at Analog
Devices. Mr. Macnab holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering
from the University of Glasgow.
