Clayton H. Riddell

CLAYTON H. RIDDELL is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
of Paramount Resources Ltd. and Chairman of the Board and Chief
Executive Officer of Paramount Energy Trust. From 1969 to 1976 he was
with C.H. Riddell Geological Consultants Ltd. From 1959 to 1969 he was
with Chevron Standard Limited. Mr. Riddell has a Bachelor of Science
degree with Honors (Geology) from the University of Manitoba.
