Chuck Shivery

CHUCK SHIVERY is President and Chief Executive Officer of Constellation
Power Source, Constellation Energy’s power marketing subsidiary, which
was formed in February of 1997. Prior to assuming that responsibility he
was Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Accounting
and Corporate Secretary at Baltimore Gas and Electric Company. Mr.
Shivery has Bachelors’ degrees in Engineering Science and Business
Administration from the Johns Hopkins University and a Master’s Degree
in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. He
currently serves on the Boards of Constellation Enterprises, Inc., Orion
Power Holdings, Inc., Carefirst, Inc., Energy Insurance Mutual, the
University of Baltimore’s Merrick School of Business Advisory Board, the
University of Baltimore Educational Foundation, the Salvation Army
Baltimore Chapter and the University of Maryland Medical System
Corporation.
