Christopher O'Donnell

Christopher O’Donnell, CEO, joined Famous Dave’s in January 1998 and has held the positions of VP Human Resources, as well as Senior VP Operations and EVP Operations. Mr. O’Donnell has overall responsibility for company operations, franchise operations and franchise relationships. Prior to Famous Dave’s of America, Mr. O’Donnell was Vice President of Development for Pencom International in Denver, Colo. From 1982 to 1997, Mr. O’Donnell was the Operations Partner in Premier Ventures, a high-volume restaurant company in Denver, Colo.

Diana Purcel has served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Famous Dave’s since Nov. 19, 2003. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Purcel served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Paper Warehouse, Inc., until September 2003. Ms. Purcel also served as its Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer since 1999. Ms. Purcel has held financial and accounting positions with Provell, Inc., (formerly Damark International, Inc.) and Target Corporations (formerly Dayton Hudson Corporation). Ms. Purcel is a certified public accountant who spent five years with the firm of Arthur Andersen in the late 1980s and early 1990s.
