Christopher L. Jarratt

CHRISTOPHER L. JARRATT has been Chairman, Director and Chief Executive
Officer of JB Oxford Holdings, Inc., since 1998. Since 1996, Mr. Jarratt
has also been CEO of Third Capital, LLC, an investment company that
takes active positions in small-cap, publicly traded companies.
Previously he was CEO of Jarratt Associates, Inc., a company also
engaged in commercial investment activities since 1988. Mr. Jarratt has
previously served on the Board of Directors for Pacific Gateway
Properties, Inc. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
