CHRIS WAGNER joined Xchange, Inc. in 2001 as CEO and President, and
member of the Xchange Board of Directors. He is a 20-year software
veteran and will lead the day-to-day operations of the company and play
a key role in the company’s overall business strategy, focusing on
winning new customers, developing its partner channel, operations and
overall company growth. Mr. Wagner has considerable professional
experience in each of these disciplines. Most recently, he served as
President and CEO of Metiom, Inc., a Forstmann Little portfolio company
and a leading e-commerce infrastructure provider. Prior to joining
Metiom, he served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of CA
Services, a division of Computer Associates International, Inc. Prior to
serving as EVP and GM of CA Services, he served as Senior Vice President
of CA’s channel and direct product sales business supporting customers
on a worldwide basis. Mr. Wagner holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business
and Communications from the University of Delaware.
