Charles D. Morgan

CHARLES D. MORGAN serves as Company Leader for Acxiom Corporation. He
joined the company in 1972 as Vice President and has served as Chief
Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board since 1975. In 1991 he
assumed the additional title of President. Under his leadership for 30
years, Acxiom has grown from a small data processing company into a
global leader in creating and delivering customer and information
management solutions for many of the largest, most respected companies
in the world. Prior to joining Acxiom, Mr. Morgan worked as a Systems
Engineer for IBM.
