Charles A. Foley

CHARLES A. FOLEY is Chief Executive Officer of InfiniCon Systems, Inc.
Mr. Foley joined InfiniCon Systems in November 2001. He is responsible
for the strategic direction of the company and its overall management
and performance. A veteran of the technology industry, Mr. Foley has
extensive expertise in the systems, storage, and networking sectors. He
is a regularly featured speaker at industry and financial conferences on
storage and networking-related topics. Prior to joining InfiniCon
Systems, Mr. Foley was executive vice president and CTO for INRANGE
Technologies Corp., a leader in the storage area-networking arena. In
addition, Mr. Foley has served in executive management positions as the
vice president of Marketing and Strategy for Amdahl Corporation, vice
president of worldwide sales and service for IPL Systems, a publicly
traded manufacturer of RAID storage systems; regional director for
Memorex-Telex; and numerous positions at IBM Corporation.
