CATHERINE G. SPEAR is Vice President of Business Development and

she was with Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories and Merck & Co. Inc. Ms. Spear
has an MBA in Health Care Administration, The Wharton School, University
of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Biology from Brown University.
