Carl Whitehead

CARL WHITEHEAD, President of CyPost Corporation, has over nine years of
experience in both the technical and business worlds. Mr. Whitehead has
owned and operated two successful companies spanning such diverse
interests as sport fishing and computer network design and consulting.
Prior to founding CyPost three years ago, his company Futuresite
Productions was an early leader in providing sophisticated LAN and WAN
computer network solutions to businesses in Vancouver. Teamed with Bob
Sendoh in early 1996, he commissioned software and hardware solutions
that enabled point-of-purchase Internet access via secure remote data
terminals, or kiosks. Mr. Whitehead quickly saw that the back-end
technology piece of this operation could spin off and co-founded CyPost
with Mr. Sendoh, commercializing the privacy and protection software
products that form the basis of CyPost’s technical advantage.
