Carl E. Dilley

CARL E. DILLEY, President and CEO and Director of E-Rex, Inc. since
April 1, 2000, served as President and CEO of DiveDepot.com, Inc. from
1997-1999. Prior to that Mr. Dilley served in management positions with
Canadian investment firm, RBC Dominion Securities, and a variety of
other executive and consulting positions in several industries including
Chemical, Timber, Transportation, Trust Co. and Dot-Com enterprises. Mr.
Dilley attended college in Canada at Fraser Valley College and College
of New Caledonia specializing in Finance and Business Management. He is
a fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute and has completed the
first year CFA program. Mr. Dilley brings more than 20 successful years
of business and financial experience to the company.
