Calven S. Iwata

CALVEN S. IWATA was appointed to the position of Senior Vice President
and CFO for Cygnal Technologies in June of 1999. Mr. Iwata joined
Comlink in 1994 as Chief Financial Officer. After the acquisition of
Comlink by Cygnal, Mr. Iwata was appointed Comlink’s General Manager and
Vice President. Mr. Iwata has previously held positions as Vice
President for a leading, multi-branch distributor of home satellite
systems, Vice President for a food distributor in Vancouver, and Chief
Financial Officer for the largest nursing home chain in the Niagara
region. Mr. Iwata graduated from the University of British Columbia in
1981 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and qualified as a Chartered
Accountant in 1984.
