Bryan M. Decordova

BRYAN M. DECORDOVA is Executive Vice President and CFO of Michaels
Stores, Inc. Previously he was Vice President of Finance, Treasurer and
CFO of Duckwall-ALCO Stores, Inc. and Director of Planning for Payless
Shoe Source. Mr. DeCordova is a Member of the Finance and Technology
Steering Committee for the International Mass Retailers Association
(IMRA). He was educated at the University of Texas and received a BBA in
Business Administration. Mr. DeCordova is married with two children.
