Bruce Haney

BRUCE HANEY is Managing Director and CFO of iGATE Capital Corporation.
Before joining iGATE Capital, he served as CFO of FORE Systems, Inc., a
network equipment manufacturer. Prior to FORE Systems, Mr. Haney was the
President and Co-Founder of The Gustine Company, a privately held
commercial real estate development company that specialized in corporate
and retail development. Mr. Haney is a Certified Public Accountant with
over 20 years of financial and operational experience. He earned a
Master’s Degree in Taxation from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s
degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School
of Business. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Infosage,
Inc., and CTR Systems, Inc., and is a member of the Board of Trustees of
the Ellis School.
