BRIAN W. RUTTENBUR is a Director in the Research Department of SunTrust
Equitable Securities, where he manages the Privatization/
Corrections/Education/ Security Group. Previously, he was a Commissioned
Officer in the United States Air Force. Mr. Ruttenbur holds a Bachelor’s
degree from the University of Tennessee and a Master’s of Administrative
Science from the University of Montana.
