Brian W. Erdelyi

BRIAN W. ERDELYI is President and Chief Executive Officer of Dover
Industries Limited. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto. Mr.
Erdelyi held a series of increasingly responsible positions with major
multinational consumer packaged goods companies, including executive
positions in Canada, South Africa and the US. Mr. Erdelyi’s demonstrated
leadership abilities and knowledge of the North American consumer
products industry will provide tangible benefits to the shareholders of
