Brian Hamilton

BRIAN HAMILTON is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sageworks,
Inc. Mr. Hamilton leads the management team and oversees Sageworks’
strategic direction. Immediately prior to developing Sageworks, he was
the Chief Financial Officer of AR Kamm Associates, Inc., a leading
contract research organization. An experienced entrepreneur, Mr.
Hamilton has successfully developed and grown several consistently
profitable companies. Early in his career, Mr. Hamilton served as a
Credit Analyst for a large Northeastern financial institution, which
spurred his interest to design analysis tools for financial decision
making. Mr. Hamilton received an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School
of Business and a BS degree from Sacred Heart University, where he
graduated with highest honors. As a student, Mr. Hamilton served as a
Presidential Intern to Ambassador Thomas P. Melady, Undersecretary of
Education during the Reagan Administration. Mr. Hamilton is originally
from New England and is the author of the Small Business Administration
publication Financing Your Small Business.
