Brian E. Shore

BRIAN E. SHORE is Chief Executive Officer and President of Park
Electrochemical Corp. Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Shore held various
positions at the company including General Counsel from April 1988-
January 1993, Vice President from January 1993-May 1994, and Executive
Vice President from May 1994-March 1996. Prior to joining Park
Electrochemical, he was associated with Mudge Rose Gutrie Alexander &
Fredon in New York from 1982-1988. He received his Bachelor’s degree in
English Literature from Colgate University and his J.D. from the Fordham
University School of Law. Mr. Shore resided in Oyster Bay, New York
with his wife, Barbara. He is a commercial pilot with thousands of
hours of flight time.
