Brad Molotsky

Brad Molotsky is the General Counsel for Brandywine Realty Trust,
a New York Stock Exchange listed real estate investment trust
which owns over $1.9 billion of Class A office and industrial
real property totaling over 17 million net rentable square feet.
The majority of the trust’s property is in Pennsylvania, New
Jersey, Delaware and Virginia. His current focus at Brandywine is
as legal counsel for their aggressive capital recycling,
financing and leasing program. Since joining Brandywine, Mr.
Molotsky has assisted in acquiring and selling over $1.95 billion
worth of real property for the trust. Prior to joining
Brandywine, Mr. Molotsky was a member of the Real Estate Group of
Pepper Hamilton, LLP, where his practice included commercial and
multi-family real estate acquisitions, financings and
divestitures; office building, general commercial, and retail
leasing; and various zoning and land use planning matters. Mr.
Molotsky is a member of the National Association of Real Estate
Investment Trusts, the National Association of Office and
Industrial Properties (Board member), the Cherry Hill Economic
Development Council (Chairperson), Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers
for the Arts (Board member), the American, Pennsylvania, New
Jersey, Philadelphia and Camden County Bar Associations and is
licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He also is a
member of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Committee on Land
Use and Zoning, the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations’
Real Property Sections and Business Law Sections, the ABA
Committee on Government Ownership of Real Property, and the ABA
Committee on Leasing. Mr. Molotsky was selected to be included in
the 2003-2004 edition of The Best Lawyers in America. Mr.
Molotsky is a frequent lecturer on a variety of real estate
topics, including leasing, acquistions, and evictions.
