BOB HOLT is Chairman and Chief Executive of Mears Group Plc. Mr Holt has
been involved in the facility services sector for 20 years operating in
the UK and USA in senior positions. Mears came to the Alternative
Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange in 1996 with a valuation
of GBP3.6 million. The company has grown organically and by acquisition
and has a market value of GBP18 million.
