Bob Brennan

BOB BRENNAN has served as Chief Executive Office since joining Connected
Corp. in April 2000. Previously, Mr. Brennan was employed with Cisco
Systems as General Manager of Broadband Access Solutions a software
group focused on creating directory services for cable Internet access
providers. Mr. Brennan was also CEO of American Internet prior to its
acquisition by Cisco in 1998. Prior to that, Mr. Brennan was the Vice
President, Inside Sales for Merisel, a major software distributor of
microcomputer products, from 1993 to 1995. Mr. Brennan received a BA in
Psychology from Manhattan College.
