Bjorn Nordenvall

BJORN NORDENVALL has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of
OXiGENE Inc since 1995. Prior to that, he spent 10 years as the Chief
Executive Officer of Sophiahemmet AB in Stockholm. Mr Nordenvall is a
licensed practitioner and spent several years first as a Doctor of
Medicine at the Karolinska Institute and then as an Assistant Professor
in Surgery at the same institute. He is married and has two children.
