Bill Cunningham

BILL CUNNINGHAM joined Riverdeep Group Plc in January 2002. Most
recently Mr. Cunningham was Vice President of Business Development at
Suplicity, an NEC-backed e-business company. While at Suplicity, Mr.
Cunningham was responsible for all strategic business development
activities as well as all communications with investors and analysts who
followed the company. Prior to that, Mr. Cunningham was one of the
original members of SoftKeySoftware Products, which became The Learning
Company. Mr. Cunningham spent 10 years at Softkey/The Learning Company,
where he held various positions in the sales, marketing and corporate
departments. Mr. Cunningham holds a Bachelor’s degree from the
University of Western Ontario.
