Bernd Fessler

BERND FESSLER, CFO of Sunways AG. Bernd Fessler (34) began his studies in business management at the University of Bayreuth and completed them in 1991, graduating with a diploma from the University of Zurich. From 1992 to 1998, he worked at Arthur Andersen GmbH in Munich, initially as an auditing assistant, from 1994 as auditing manager and from 1997 as company secretary. In 1996 he passed his tax consultancy examination and in 1997 his auditors’ examination. In 1998 Mr, Fessler joined Peters, Schenkberger & Partner GbR in Munich, an inter-disciplinary firm of auditors, tax consultants and solicitors. He became a junior partner of the firm in 1999. Since October 2000 Mr. Fessler has been a member of the Management Board of sunways AG and is responsible for the Company’s finances.
